TACIT presents a New Orleans Style Dinner |
1870s New Orleans. Mardi Gras. Three women: the first to be married to a rich Spanish noble, the second destined to live out her life in confinement, the third the most famous courtesan in the South. A Colonel, his Lieutenant, a sailor, and a carpetbagger in town looking for love, danger, and romance. Witness what happens when these women push beyond social boundaries in search of fulfillment in a clash of honor & morals! Live Cajun Creole music! Gun fights and swordplay with a cast of forty! Please join TACIT director Brian Brophy and guest speaker Sandya Narayanswami for a New Orleans Style Dinner in support of the Caltech Players on Saturday, February 25, at 5:00 PM in Dabney Lounge. Tickets include dinner, a pre-show discussion, and admission to the show. Your generous support will promote live theater and film on campus so that we may offer students social and interactive cultural opportunities for greater self-expression that will, ultimately, refine and expand the imaginations of our future scientists.
