On your mark, get set, pupate. It is time again to witness the magic of metamorphosis at Kidspace. Starting this weekend you can adopt your own live caterpillar and get a caterpillar care kit at the Busy Bee Learning Store. Then watch as your adoptee grows, changes into a chrysalis and then emerges as an adult Painted Lady Butterfly in the habitat you design. You can learn more about the life cycle of a butterfly and bring a shoebox to build your caterpillar habitat in the Nature Exchange during the adoption days. Be sure to bring your butterfly back to Kidspace during the weekend of April 21 and 22 for the Annual Grand Butterfly Release.
